- That asacorporation.net is AMERICAN STAR ACCOUNTING CORPORATION a full service Accounting Firm managed by licensed Accountants and Attorneys and DOES NOT ENGAGE IN ANY OTHER TYPE OF BUSINESS
- That any calls or representation coming from the above named businesses are NOT AUTHORIZED by our company.
- Calls or Appointments made by our authorized representatives are always and must be supported by emails coming from our domain.
- Each Accounting Service Engagement is always covered with an Engagement Contract and payments from our clients are made with their company checks
- American Star Accounting Corporation is not in any way associated or engaged with any third parties for collection on our behalf.
Rest assured that our lawyers are looking into these misrepresentations and appropriate legal actions will be made to these people for their malicious intent and for maligning the reputation of our company.
